Closing in on the end of classes...

Hello fellow bloggers, tweeps, and/or facebookians! Hope all is well with everyone. After today, I only have 7 days of class left. After that, i'm free to work full time. Hoping to remain a programmer at Lake Area Tech, but we'll see what happens. Anyway, i'm very anxious to be done. Only 3 more assignments for me to turn in. As for currently, I'm still writing some sql for Armstor. It's tons of fun let me tell ya. It gets a little repetitive after awhile, but oh well. It's my life. :)

Thanks for reading! Take care, and have a fantastic day.

St. Patrick's Day

Hello to all reading my blog, and a Happy St. Patrick's Day to you as well. All is fine and well here. So far, nothing worth blogging has really happened. Just getting ready for my C# class to begin. W00t!

Following C# are a couple other computer classes i wont bother mentioning, and then probably some lunch, and then onto work. Aside from that, things have been the same ole. For now, I shall leave this blog unfinished. Odds are i'll forget to come back and finish it....but we'll see what the rest of the day brings.

*EDIT* I'm amazed that i remembered to come back to this blog. Really nothin exciting has happened today. Currently I am filling some vb classes with SQL, which is always loads of fun. Enjoying some lovely tea from Starbucks. Can never go wrong with that. Anyhow, thought i'd bring an end to this blog as promised. Enjoy the remainder of your day!

Facebook - The new layout

Alright...so, i usually never speak my opinion on such subjects. But I've gotten quite annoyed about this one, and felt it necessary. Even though i probably will not get much support from this, really doesnt matter to me. STOP COMPLAINING ABOUT THE NEW FACEBOOK. Jesus christ, IT'S NOT THAT DIFFERENT. I have seen soo many status updates about, posts about it, and even groups made to get them to change it back. Do you honestly think making a group full of complaining idiots is going to get the old layout back? Mark Zuckerberg is not going to even consider looking at those groups, let alone change the entire layout based on your complaints. I'm sure to get a lot of shit from this, and even get removed from some friends lists possibly, but that's ok. I am simply blogging my view on the situation. Once again, just deal with the change. So they added another sidebar to the left, and combined the mini-feed with status updates on the homepage....big deal. Some of you list in your profiles you're into technology, computers, etc. Well, i hate to break it to you, but technology is all about CHANGE. It happens, get use to it.

Now, with all that said...I suppose I should share my opinion of the new layout. It really does not fit well. I do agree with you haters, that the layout should've stayed how it was. My point of this blog was not to say the new layout is amazing, not at all. My point was that complaining about it in status updates and groups is not going to do anything. Have a nice day!

Transporter 3 - An Intense closer to an awesome trilogy

Hello fellow bloggers....just finished watching Transporter 3, starring Jason Statham returning as Frank Martin, and Natalya Rudakova, Valentina. In this breath taking follow-up to Transporter 2, Frank is kidnapped and forced into this mission. Biometric bracelets, worn by Frank and Valentina add a new twist to the movie, which i will not reveal for those who have yet to see the film. All in all, this is a great film. As a review from IMDB (Internet Movie Database) says, it is "dumb fun" at its finest. Transporter 3 is an non-stop, action packed movie that will surely keep you at the edge of your seat. I highly recommend buying or renting it. You will not be disappointed. Enjoy!

Second Friday the 13th this year, one more to come..

Well, after an interesting Friday the 13th...i'm back at home, and still on the computer. They are taking over my life, I swear. But anyway, today started off with email server issues. That took an hour or so to sort out...blah. Afterwards, random errors in my code decided they'd show up. It's those damn code gnomes i tell ya. Coming in at night and changing my code. Overall, it was a good day, and an alright week as a whole. Nice weekend to hopefully relax, and get ready for the final stretch of classes. Hope all is well with everyone reading this blog!

The week as a whole.

I realized it has been awhile since i posted anything. Not that anything too terribly exciting ever happens in my life, but i suppose i'll blog about it anyway. The past week has been quite a busy one. Monday, started off with a lovely server issue at work. That led to a good 3 hours of troubleshooting, tryin to figure out what the hell was wrong. Long story short, Monday was hell...but made it through.

Tuesday came along, nothin real interesting happened. Wrote a few hundred lines of code for Armstor. Which, btw, is coming along quite nicely. Can't wait for its release.

I realized if i did the rest of the week, this blog would be too long, so im going to sum up the rest. Basically i've just been doing a bunch of work on Armstor and my Systems analysis project. Other than that, things are going well overall.
